"V-J Day, Times Square, 1945", a.k.a. “The Kiss" by Alfred Eisenstaedt, 1945






The photograph effectively portrays the great relief and happiness that flooded the country on the day when World War II ended.

    This is a good start. I would focus on making it a little more specific by adding the photographer's name. Also, see if you can say something a little less obvious by answering the questions "What is your interpretation of the meaning of this image?" or "What is the painter's message?"
